FAQs

Where is my order? We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, which is about 3 to 5 business days after you place your order. If it has not arrived when you expected, write to us, and we will chase the carrier for you.

Can I return it? Yes. See Shipping & Returns for the full terms.

Do you ship to my country? We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please email us, and we will make it available to you.
